Emotional Energy

Sometimes we put on the foundation of strength, the rouge of happiness; the shadow of blackouts and a ruby red lipstick smile, pretending that everything is wonderful. Yet underneath all that, you may find negativity and doubt. This book is dedicated to Jonquille’s mother Marrie; it consists of 25 inspirational poems along with scripture verses and vibrant paintings. Marrie faces the challenge of breast cancer a disease that has affected many women worldwide. There are times when doubt and negativity comes knocking and Jonquille wanted to produce poems to uplift her mother’s spirit. It is the author’s hope that this inspirational book will help others and let them know that they are not alone. The poems are unique in that they are celebrated through verse and vibrant images in motion, bringing this inspirational book to life.
