Bobby’S Cage

Police Captain Hazel Cowan has only been on the job for a year in Jackson, Michigan, when her leadership skills are put to the test. As she enters a crime scene with her chief detective, Cowan sees a corpse sliced into neat bundles and stacked on the kitchen table. Worse yet, there are rows of empty cages in the basement except for the one that holds an emaciated boy who is barely alive.

Confronted with a crime Jackson has never seen, Cowan holds vigil at little John Does bedside while her team identifies the victim.
