Where’s Joey?

When Ryan was born, his great uncle Manny sent him a beautiful stuffed kangaroo with a joey in its pouch all the way from Australia. They named him Joey, and he has been Ryan's favorite toy ever since.

One summer evening, Ryan can't find Joey, though he and his friend, Michael look everywhere. Then, in the middle of everything, there's a loud crack of thunder, and the power goes out. While the family finds their flashlights, Grandma admits that she put Joey in the washing machine, since he was filthy. Ryan and Michael run to look--and find themselves magically drawn into a whirlwind in the washing machine, where they vanish. When Mom and Grandma go to look, the magic pulls them in as well. Where will they all land, and can they find Joey and make it home?
