This book is an attempt to help the young and also the older ones get comfortable to the idea of experimenting with their tastebuds. Very often food is not given a chance to do its bit. Many a vegetable or fruit is forgotten in this fast paced life that we lead. These stories with its simple recipes is a way to kindle the interest and not neglect that important part of our life. We need to let food nurture us and we must learn to respect the bounty that the earth gifts us with.
