Gathering Honey

The novel Gathering Honey is a three-generational story that spans nearly fifty years of relationships among three strong and divergent female family members. Simon, the rebellious daughter of a strict and disciplined judge, loses the love of her life and must find a way to keep their expectant child. Her decision leads to anguish and heartache, but the child is born. That child, Claire, seeks her birth father and, in so doing, meets not only her family but also a man who will change her life forever. The child of that encounter, Nicki, becomes the catalyst for family reunion and a final love, not only for herself personally, but one that gives meaning to what it means to truly become family.
