Though this book is fiction, it draws some facts from the incidents that occurred during the period mentioned, which caused quantum financial losses—even loss of life—and disrupted the peace in the whole region. The agitation was more political biased than actual demand for the inclusion of the Jat community in the reservation list but to disrupt the newly elected government in the state. The reservation system in India is a very deep-rooted system embedded in the government’s governance framework. It not only jeopardize the progress of the country but is also causing disgruntle and animosity among the citizens of India. It paves the way for manipulative politics; misguiding the public by giving false commitment and enhancing the caste divide among all. My purpose for writing this book is to share the holistic affects of Reservation not only limited to Government Jobs but also share its impact in private sectors, business setup, and overall how it is leading to disharmony in community living. Penned few suggestions where in tweaking the present system can pave way so that benefit can reach the deserved than desired without manipulations.
