Lessons Learned from a Reactive Life

My life has been a roller-coaster ride of crazy highs and depressing lows. Up until recently, it has been a reactionary tale of following a preplanned script designed to fit into a category rather than support my own individualism. The pre-Internet world that I was born into encouraged a world of group think that encouraged a follow the leader" mentality, but few of us dared to ask the question What if the leader cares nothing for the followers? How should the followers react and more importantly, what lessons are to be learned? I have taken a few stories about my life on what I thought I knew and later found out that my conditioned thinking habits steered me into the completely wrong direction.
