Monsignor Francis is a well-known priest. He is the pastor of St. Judes Catholic Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He was killed in an alley while jogging. It was supposed to look like a mugging, but the killer left the wallet with his fingerprints on them. Danny McFee and Freddy Chandler are the two detectives assigned to the case.
