The Call of the Sovereign

Aden Winslow successfully manages his education, his work, and his family, but events beyond his control conspire to unseat him. Threats to his well-being expose pressing questions long unanswered. In the analysis of his dreams, Aden is encouraged to discover a cast of players, facets of his own character, who direct him toward a ground of understanding. This sets Aden on a search for the missing player, who alone can satisfy the expectations of the others. Aden is forced to confront the collapse of his family, the collapse of his culture, and the claims of a hidden royalty.
