Merida grew up a wounded healer having healed herself with natural healing options discovered through many years of research and herbal wisdom taught by various teachers. She allowed her dreams and visions to guide her in healing along with trusting her intuition which led her to her destiny when she met her Cherokee Medicine Elder who became her mirror.
