Exercises in Commercial Transactions

Exercises in Commercial Transactions offers a wide selection of drafting problems based on actual transactions. The purpose of the book is not to teach the student how to write a particular type of agreement—the purpose, rather, is to develop a way of thinking that will allow students to deal effectively with those situations that they will encounter as practicing attorneys in the commercial world. The problems, coupled with the author's solutions and comments, may also be used as case studies. This second edition can be used by itself or in conjunction with the author's Transactional Skills, also published by Carolina Academic Press.
