Ike Cole and his childhood friends are inseparable. People in the neighborhood start calling them The Fellas, since theyre never apart. They grow up on the wrong side of the tracks but stay true to each other. Soon, theyre mesmerized by the street life of people who exist on the other side of midnight, and so begins Ikes downfall. The boys land in prison, and once released, they continue down the path of self-destruction and turn to a career of crime. With the aid of two crooked cops and a team of underground experts, Ike and his friends become successful crooks. They amass a small fortune and start building their empire. However, the fall from the top is long and painful. Ikes quick success isnt as sudden as his descent to rock bottom.
