The story of the book begins in ancient Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Amenhotep IV or, as he would later be remembered, Akhenaten. It moves to New York City over two thousand years later, where a young woman named Catherine Paul lives, whose life was to be changed forever. She was a direct descendant of Queen Nefertiti, his wife and his coruler of Egypt. The whole of planet Earth was being threatened by forces from another galaxy, and she would be caught up in the struggle to save the planet. There were others in the other galaxy who wanted to save the Earth. The past and the present would come together to fight off the invaders and save Earth.
