Africa Alive

Africa Alive explores the amazing and varied animals in Africa in a time when many of these species and their habitats are decreasing in numbers. Already many species that flourished only three decades ago are being pushed to extinction. These remarkable and beautiful animals are presented here with a focus on their social interaction and family groups, as well as their varied habitats. This book discusses their challenges as a human population encroaches on the land that has been theirs for centuries. We have a sacred trust to ensure that these species continue to flourish, knowing that what is lost will be gone forever.
