All my Grandma and Grandpa stories are basically a vive la différence and the similarities in all the different grandparents today. Kids notice things like difference in hair styles and color, as well as any other difference such as skin color or disabilities. Kids are so receptive to new and different things. As adults we should encourage putting a positive spin on anyone or anything that is different from us. My Grandma and Grandpa stories cover many light-hearted issues like taking a cruise. To keep things life-like, I will also cover injuries and the death of a grandparent in future shorts. It is explained in a way that this writer feels is non-threatening but realistic.
