Love Poems to God

Love Poems to God is a collection of poetry and prose about complete dependence on God in the darkness and light of life experiences. The book encourages us to lay down our burdens onto God because we cannot handle them alone. The book is divided into three chapters: Dark, Dawn, and Light. Each chapter evokes a different emotion; however, there is an undercurrent of hope that permeates the entire collection as readers journey from the darkness, reflect, and emerge stronger than ever as they awaken in the dawn. The collection provides healing to the reader as they drown out the voices of discouragement and despair and reflect on the consistency of God in all of life’s events, realizing it’s all a blessing.
