Your Only Loyalty Is to the Truth

The little girl in the pages of this book is mine, I have nursed, trained, and nurtured her all her life. I not only love her, I like her; and, for me it is harder to like than to love. She is a believer in GOD, she is a survivor, and she has a good heart, in-spite of what she has lived through. She has learned the value of having strength of character, she is funny, caring, and she has a few talents. and most important of all, I am she. And I have planned to write this book about and for her since she was nine years old. This story about what happens to the heart, mind, body, and soul of a child who has been shuffled from place to place, raped, abused, neglected, misused, and the subsequent effects into adulthood. It is the map of, her journey, through trauma, struggles, and the lessons. It is written to hopefully help someone navigate, who has or may be experiencing trauma of whatever magnitude. I am not saying that I have all the answers; I have just been through a lot of the questions. I especially want the reader to pay close attention to the quotes that I used at the beginning of each chapter, because they relate to each chapter’s content .
