Moses saw the bush as well as the fire. We as leaders are to allow the people we lead to see that we are human, but yet they are to also see the Holy Spirit in us that we say we are following. Our responsibility is to live the same word we deliver. For the word of God has no respect of persons, we all are accountable for what we hear. We are open epistles that others will see the light to come out of bondage. Let me reassure you God is not concern about what you are able to do or not do. Know that the power of God lies in your ability to trust Him. Remember we are doing it all for His Glory. Not ours.
