If you were to paint a picture of your love life at this very moment, what image would emerge? Was this same image visible five years ago? Is this the same image you hope to see five years from now? Whatever the case may be, the journey to meeting and sustaining a relationship with that “special someone” always includes an underlying layer of self-discovery and personal development. Ray of Love is a composition of poems and reflections that offer a transparent glimpse into the author’s love life in three phases; her past (background), her present (midground), and her hopes for the future (foreground).
