A Book of Daniel

It is a memoir of my twin son Daniel who died at the age of thirty-four after a heart transplant. We spent the last three and a half months at the hospital with him until his death. The recollections from his birth to his young adolescence are part of the book’s reflections. I sought to incorporate the events of his life in two sections: the body of each chapter answers the questions who, what, where, when, and how. After each chapter, there is a separate section entitled Afterthoughts that answers the question why. This format is what makes my book unique.
