The Girl Behind the Scene

My title came from me being a little girl who didn’t feel loved. A little girl who wanted to tell people so much but shut down. A little girl who wanted to stand out but stood behind the curtain. A little girl who wanted to be brave but was in a grave. Growing up my heart was so full of anger, hurt, confusion, abandonment, abuse, and hatred. When I became an adult, those feelings turned into me becoming prideful, conniving, sneaky, controlling, and so much more. I was loving and mannish at the same time. So, don’t give up! Read my story until the end. Today, I am a child of God, and my heart is full of love, forgiveness, and kindness. God’s grace allowed me to be whole again. I’ve learned many lessons over the years, and one that sticks out is the importance of loving yourself. Hopefully, if you haven’t learned that lesson in your own life, you’ll read this book and learn to do the same.
