An ancient philosopher said, The unexamined life is not worth living. There is truth in this thats applicable to the life of any Christian. Most Christians live with little thought of the reasons for their conduct and for their beliefs. Opening this to examination can be a challenging and very rewarding experience. It can also be the source of genuine peace and assurance. This book represents the views of the author, his graduate school class, and a highly educated Sunday class (one with a doctorate, five with masters degrees) as they wrestled with defining a biblical base for their life assumptions.
