Search For...Serenity

When writing a description of Search for...Serenity, I had to dig down deep into my very heart, spirit, and soul. After all that is from where these poems originated I begin the book with a poem called Rivers, that compares the lives of people to that of river that begins its existence not knowing anything about its final destination. During this journey, the river must overcome and wear down various rocks and stones in its path. Likewise, Search for Serenity is about how we use the obstacles in our own lives as learning experiences that help us to appreciate the good times in our lives. However, to do this, and find True Serenity, we must also look within ourselves. It is my hope that whatever, you get from this book turns out being positive and contributes to your own Search for...Serenity.
