This is a six-tier castle—the ground floor for amenities and elderly care and severely disabled, the first floor for the elderly and mildly disabled, the second floor and third floor for parents with kids, and the fourth and fifth floor for adult social care. There are two hundred residential lodgings (apartments) on each floor, taking the total of resident lodgings to 1,200 for each lodging. Each lodging unit will be a spacious, high-speculation luxury and hold between one and four rooms. The first and second floors will hold two bedrooms, the second and third floors will hold between three and four bedrooms, and the fourth and fifth floors will hold one and two bedroom lodgings, with shared communal lounge cafeterias on each floor and communal toilet bathrooms.
