Live to Transform

In this book, I describe simple yet thought provoking ways that you can practice different ways of self-love. We work our way from the inner self, then the outer self, and finally your transformational self. The problem is that you could be your very own worst enemy. Some people become so set in their ways that they refuse to try something new or give up way too fast. You deserve a better way of life and only you know which area in your life is the weakest. My mission is to help you identify and resolve those weak areas so that you can be a stronger and better you.
